Email support@fxproof.org. Include the official source, dataset or date, document id, and payload hash when they are relevant. Do not send passwords, API tokens, or payment-card data.
Where should I send a billing or refund question?
Email info@fxproof.org and include the Paddle order or transaction id from your receipt when available. Do not send payment-card data. Read the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund rules. Paddle handles checkout, receipts, tax or VAT, and buyer billing for Paddle-processed orders; FXProof handles service-side support and review.
